The family of Kakooza Peter aged 33 have reported the case for a missing person. Kakooza’s whereabouts have not been known for one week now ever since he went missing. It is said he was picked up from home in Buloba on April 3rd 2023.
The family that includes the mother and two sisters of Kakooza went to Buloba Police Posts and reported the case of a missing person.
Kakooza is said to have been abducted by armed men in plain clothes who roughed him up in the evening when he had just returned from work and whisked him away in a white drone with no license plates. Kakooza was a National Unity Platform Supporter and Human rights activist.
His family confirmed that they have been looking for him since April 4th, a day after he was abducted until now but no one seems to know his whereabouts.
