The Kyabazinga of Busoga, His Majesty William Gabula Nadiope IV, is celebrating a significant milestone today, graduating from Yale University with a Master of Advanced Studies in Global Affairs
. This achievement marks another impressive academic accomplishment for the King, who is known for his commitment to education and development within his kingdom and beyond.
The Kyabazinga, completed the rigorous program at Yale’s Jackson School of Global Affairs, focusing on critical issues facing the world today.
His studies are expected to further enhance his ability to address challenges and opportunities within the Busoga region and on a global scale.
This latest degree follows the Kyabazinga’s earlier academic success: an MBA from Coventry University in the United Kingdom. He has consistently demonstrated a passion for knowledge and its application to practical solutions.
“This is a momentous occasion for the Kingdom of Busoga,” said Bairukireki Yafesi, the chairperson Busoga Kingdom Youth Council, adding, “His Majesty’s dedication to his studies reflects his unwavering commitment to empowering our people and fostering sustainable development. The Kyabazinga is expected to return to Uganda soon, where his newly acquired knowledge and expertise will be instrumental in driving initiatives focused on economic growth, education, healthcare, and social progress within Busoga.
