NUP supporter found in bad state after missing for months

National Unity Platform supporter Peter Kakooza who went missing after being kidnapped from home on April 3rd has been found. Kakooza who was abducted by armed plain clothed security operatives was finally found after two months of missing.
He was found in a bad state after a white Toyota Premio, according to eye witness, dumped him at Natete swamp around 8:30pm and sped off. He was rushed to a nearby clinic after the pedestrians saw him in a bad state. Kakooza had no teeth and also his nails had been plucked off from his fingures in what looked like a result of torture.
Kakooza is known for being a staunch NUP supporter and Human Rights Activists. The reason for his abduction is still unknown. Many NUP supporters have been kidnapped and some of them killed because of many reasons. Some have been arrested as groups and others abducted personally from their homes and on the streets while running their errands. Some are actually picked from the National Unity Platform offices in Kampala.
